Account Assistant
Responsibilities
  • Familar with full set accounts.
  • Perform bookeeping duties including data entries, updating & maintaning debtor and creditor aging, invoicing, receipts, etc.
  • Ensure all schedule payments are paid on time in accordance with company's guidelines.
  • Assist with the month end closing related to monthly management report,bank reconciliation and other supporting schedules¬†¬† and worksheet.
  • Assist in communication with Auditors, Bankers and Statutory Body.
  • Assist in monitoring the company cash flow, debtors & creditors aging report and prompt collection and payments to monthly finacial obligation.
  • Assist in collection key expenses data and highlight areas of abnormal expenses to Department Head.
  • Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignment as and when it's required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working Experince gained from working in Accounts Department.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate,Diploma or equivalent.
  • Required Skill(s): Computer literate at least MS WORD,MS EXCEL,MS POWERPOINT, ACCOUNTING SYSTEM etc.
  • Required Language(s): Malay and English.
  • Initiative, trustworthiness, self-motivated, Independent, fast, flexible, dynamic and belives in continual growth and learning.
  • Good communication skill with all level of staff and bussiness associates.
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task in fast paced environment.
